Elvin Jafarquliyev REJECTED Saint-Etienne's offer and STAYED in Qarabag

Azerbaijan national team and "Qarabag" defender Elvin Jafarquliyev was close to living the life of a legionnaire.

Idman.Biz, referring to sportal.az, reports that the leading football player of the Aghdam club had the option of going to France in the summer.

Saint-Etienne wanted to include Jafarquliyev in their squad. They even contacted Qarabag about this.

However, Elvin refused the option of going to France and preferred to stay in Qarabag.
