The specialist shared his thoughts with the club's press service after signing a new contract with the club: "The negotiations were successful, and I decided to continue my work on the "Araz-Nakhchivan" project. We can build a better team and improve our results. The team did a great job in the completed season. Despite the difficulties, it was among the medalists for the first time in its history and gained the opportunity to play in European cups. We came to a common denominator to continue this successful schedule together. Since the conditions were satisfactory, we signed a new contract."
Bakhshiyev also touched upon the upcoming plans: "Of course, we are waiting for a more difficult and responsible football year. The plans are already known. The team will undergo preparation in 2 stages. First, we will gather in Baku. Until then, we will try to complete the team. There will be changes in our squad. Along with those who leave, new ones will come. Information about this will be provided in due course. Our searches have begun. In Turkey, we will try to eliminate the shortcomings by holding test matches. Our sparring partners will be announced in the coming days."
It should be noted that a 1-year contract was signed between "Araz-Nakhchivan" and Bakhshiyev.
