The specialist explained the reasons for the heavy defeat: The Polish national team surpasses us in all indicators, it is made up of very good football players. It was very difficult to face such an opponent in the third match. Because we had spent a lot of energy in the first two matches. There was not enough strength left for the last game. Our national team does not have enough experience to play three matches a week. In the national championship, one game is played during the week and there is plenty of time to prepare for the next game. It's another matter that we are sad because we lost by a big score. It's not a pleasant result. Again, there are realities. We are weaker than the opponent. We have no strength. We were able to fight until the 60th minute. Afterwards, we made mistakes. The legs didn't listen. Actually, no tragedy happened. It was difficult to jump above our height."
Elkhan Abdullayev stated that not only they, but also the clubs should pay attention to increasing the physical fitness level of the players: "Maybe then we will concede fewer goals or draw in games against such teams. It is not possible to defeat Poland today. The main thing is that the team fought and showed character. Also, we did not come here with a full squad. We also had players who went to the U-21 national team. In any case, I was satisfied with my team. They were able to show their determination in all games."
