"I left the "Qarabağ" camp with pleasant impressions. The Aghdam representative showed me with its internal culture, approach to work and discipline that I made the right move in coming here." These words were said by the head coach of "Shafa" Elgiz Keremli in his statement to Sport24.az.
The head coach of the I League club, who gained experience at the "Qarabağ" base, next to Gurban Gurbanov, said that the young specialist left the camp with positive thoughts:
"Going to the training base of "Qarabağ" made me more ready for the next stages both theoretically and practically. During the experience, I had the opportunity to closely observe the training processes. I gained experience in aspects such as the division of work of the coaching staff, preparation stages and the formation of game strategies. The attention of the coaches to details and the systematic planning of everything especially attracted my attention. I have an idea to go to some foreign club in the future. I would like to gain experience with Gian Piero Gasperini or Luis Enrique."
It should be noted that according to the results of the completed season, "Shafa" won a ticket to the I League.
