Azerbaijan's FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev has been appointed.
"Report" informs, referring to the AFFA press service, that the referee will be the chief referee of the Lithuania-Netherlands match to be held within the framework of the 2026 World Cup qualifying round.
He will be assisted by Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov. Aliyar Agayev will perform the duties of the fourth referee. The VAR referees of the match will be Benoi Millo and Mathieu Vernis from France.
It should be noted that the G group match will be held on September 7 at the "Darius and Girenas" stadium in Kaunas.
