- You managed to win in the 23rd round of the Misli Premier League against "Neftchi". How did the match go for you?
- We expected it to be a difficult game. It was a very exciting game. It was an interesting match. I congratulate all our fans. It was a hard-fought victory. We needed this victory like air and water. We are very happy that we got three points.
- Can it be said that with this victory, "Turan Tovuz" is confidently moving towards at least bronze medals?
- At least, at least... These are not the goals we set when the season started. In fact, we rejoice in victories. But inside, we are still upset about the points we lost so untimely. In any case, we will look at the game from game to game, we will grow step by step. Our goals are not over yet. We will reach the goals we have set, as long as our chances continue mathematically. Anyway, that was the goal, to be able to be in the race until the end. We are achieving this so far.
- You started the season with the goal of winning the championship...
- The goal is still the championship. This has not changed for us.
- Are you thinking of compensating for this with the cup?
- Our chances continue on both fronts. We want our chances to continue until the end.
- The team's game was criticized before. What can you say about this?
- This is our game, our budget can afford it. We can play this game with this budget. I don't know what place we are in the championship, but the plan was built on this, the head coach was chosen for this. To achieve results with a small budget... Nothing has changed, it satisfies us. We are happy.
- Are you satisfied with Kurban Berdiyev's work?
- We are very satisfied. Not just satisfied, very satisfied. No matter what happens, we are behind our head coach.
- When will you be able to play at the stadium in Tovuz?
- We cannot reach March 21. But in April, we will play our first Premier League game in Tovuz. We will evaluate whether we can play the first game in the cup or not. We will see. We are planning to hold the match with "Gabala" in front of our fans. This season was very difficult. We were away from home. Everything was against us. But we had to get through this. Next year will be easier. It was also a stage. We had to go through this sometime, it was destined for this year.
