Former Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar has shared his memories of playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo under the guidance of Alex Ferguson at the "Red Devils."

Cristiano was incredible. He was always in the gym before and after practice. I had never seen a young man so hungry to win. He always told me, 'Edwin, I'm going to be the best in the world.'
