Fiorentina's 39-year-old striker Edin Džeko has become the oldest goalscorer in the Conference League after scoring in the second round of the group stage against Rapid Vienna.

Džeko joined the Italian club last summer. During this time, the striker has made 10 appearances in all competitions and scored two goals. During his career, the Bosnian played for Manchester City, Roma, Inter Milan, Wolfsburg and other clubs. The 39-year-old player's current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2026.
