The transfer of Ederson, the midfielder of "Atalanta" club playing in the Italian Serie A, to "Barcelona" has once again come to the fore. Sport24.az reports that the player's agent, Andre Kyuri, said that the Brazilian midfielder could adapt very well to the Catalan club's system.
According to him, Ederson has both high physical fitness and great endurance, which fully corresponds to "Barcelona"'s game model.
The agent added that favorable conditions have been created for this transfer, because the player's contract with "Atalanta" is coming to an end. He said that the club did not want to sell Ederson before, even though they had received big offers for him.
The last time, "Atalanta" demanded 60-75 million euros (112-140 million AZN) for the player's transfer. However, as the contract expiration date approaches, the price may decrease twice and fall to the range of 30-40 million euros (approximately 56-75 million AZN).
The agent finally emphasized that Ederson is currently one of the football players with one of the best statistical indicators in his position in Europe and could be a high-level transfer for any big club.
