Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson has moved from Manchester City to the Turkish club Fenerbahçe.
Lent.az reports that the English club has issued a statement about his departure from the team.
"The Brazilian goalkeeper is one of the most successful players in the club's history, winning 18 major titles under the leadership of Jose Guardiola. He has a firm place in the history of Manchester City and we all wish him well in the next stage of his career. He leaves with the assurance that he will always be welcomed at this football club. Everyone at Manchester City wishes Ederson all the best in the next stage of his career," the statement on the "Citizens" official website said.
It should be reminded that Ederson has been playing for Manchester City since 2017. The Brazilian goalkeeper has played 372 matches for the club, keeping his goal untouched in 168 of them. During his time at the club, he won 18 cups. The footballer's market value is estimated at 20 million euros.
It was previously reported that Galatasaray was also interested in the goalkeeper.
