Former Real Madrid player Eden Hazard has shared his thoughts on Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Sport24.az reports that the Belgian veteran footballer spoke about this in an interview with RTBF:
"I have always chosen Messi because the football he plays is the football I love. Because I am a Real Madrid fan, I could also say Cristiano. But Cristiano is more of a great goalscorer, an incredible athlete with a strong character. Messi's football, however, is my style.
When you play against him, at one point you just say 'wow'. We are lucky that we were born in an era where we can watch his game live for almost 20 years".
It should be noted that Hazard has already ended his career, while Messi and Ronaldo continue to play.
