Former "Lille", "Chelsea", "Real" and Belgium national team player Eden Hazard spoke about the injury that affected the early end of his career. The experienced player said that the injury he sustained in November 2019 during a collision with PSG defender Toma Mönye changed everything.
İdman.Biz, referring to the "Madrid Xtra" publication, reports that Azar, who was wearing the "royal club" uniform at that time, recalled that moment as follows:
"I was in great shape, but Toma Mönye injured me and ruined everything. I had the same fracture two or three years earlier while playing for Chelsea. Although I recovered from that injury, I suffered a new fracture in the same ankle in the match with Levante. That's when the problems started."
It should be noted that during his football career, Eden Hazard participated in a total of 623 official matches at the club level. He is remembered for 167 goals and 153 assists in these matches.
