Eden Hazard on Zinedine Zidane: "My hero"

Former Real Madrid and Chelsea player Eden Hazard has called Zinedine Zidane "my hero". Sport24.az reports that the football player, who currently plays for Napoli, made a statement to SoccerBible about this:

 

"My hero? Without a doubt, Zizou. He was the one we needed. My brothers and I watched the legendary French team play at the 1998 World Cup. Zidane was definitely my favorite".

 

Hazard played under Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid from 2019-2021. During this time, the Belgian won two La Liga titles, one Spanish Super Cup, one cup, the Champions League, and the UEFA Super Cup with the "whites".
