Former Real Madrid and Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has answered a question about whether he would have signed a contract with Barcelona if the opportunity had arisen.
"No. Since childhood, I dreamed of playing for Real. When I was just starting to play football, I always told my father that I wanted to move to Real. Of course, Barcelona is attractive with its style of play, with Messi... but "Hala Madrid," my friend," Azar said in an interview with The Touchline YouTube project.
It should be noted that the Belgian striker played for the "Royal Club" from 2019–2023. During this time, he played 76 matches in all tournaments, scored seven goals and made 12 assists. Eden Hazard ended his professional football career in 2023.
