He collected 93 out of 100 votes in the journalists' vote for first place.
İdman.biz reports that Donnarumma scored a total of 486 points, which is more than all his rivals combined.
Alisson, who took second place, scored 120 points, and Yan Sommer scored 112 points. Other goalkeepers scored less than 100 points.
Last season, Donnarumma played for PSG, and in the summer he transferred to Manchester City.
