Fenerbahçe head coach Domenico Tedesco commented on the defeat (1:3) to Zagreb's Dinamo in the first leg of the Europa League group stage. Sport24.az reports that the Belgian expert made a statement on the official website of UEFA regarding this:
"We will look not only at the result, but also at many aspects of the game. We controlled the match and didn't allow many counterattacks. But Fenerbahçe conceded a goal... We need to defend better, close the flanks, block shots. We tried to do our best, but it wasn't enough."
It should be noted that in the second round of the Europa League, Fenerbahçe will face Nice. The match will take place on October 2.
