Argentine winger Papu Gomez, who was disqualified for violating anti-doping rules ahead of the 2022 World Cup, has signed a contract with Italian club Padova.
"Report" reports, citing the press service of the Serie B representative, that the 37-year-old footballer's contract is for two years.
It was reported that he will be able to start training with the team after August 19, and will prepare individually until then.
It should be noted that the attacker was disqualified for two years in the fall of 2023 for failing a doping test.
