A play-off match was held for the right to play in the I League of the Azerbaijan Championship.

"Difai", which took 9th place in the I League in the completed season, tested "Hypers Guba", which was 4th in the II League. Khayal Badirov opened the scoring in the 15th minute. Ceyhun Mukhtarly increased the difference in the 51st minute. Farid Kerimzade also found the opponent's goal at the end of the game.
The strength of the Guba club was enough for a consolation goal. Ilgar Alakbarov found the opponent's goal. Agsu representative, who won with a score of 3:1, retained its place in the I League.
