Simeone emphasized that his team could have done more:
"I don't think the referee's decisions affected the match. We could have done more. We had to defend our goal better and move more actively in attack. We are facing teams that play well, and if you give them even a small chance, they will hurt you. We deserved more."
The Argentine specialist expressed his dissatisfaction, especially with the gaps in the defense line, noting that opponents like "Real" do not forgive mistakes.
