Diego Simeone, the head coach of Madrid's Atletico, could take over the "helm" of Chelsea. Sport24.az reports that the "Mail" publication has reported this.
According to the source, the London club has not yet sent any offers to the Argentinian specialist. However, the club's management does not fully trust the current coach, Liam Rosenyor, and therefore Simeone has fallen into the sphere of interest of the English.
It should be noted that Simeone has been coaching Atletico since 2011. Under his leadership, the team won two La Liga and Europa League titles, as well as one Spanish Cup and one Spanish Super Cup.
Chelsea are currently sixth in the Premier League with 48 points.
