France national team head coach Didier Deschamps has evaluated the friendly matches against Brazil and Colombia. Sport24.az reports that the 57-year-old specialist stated that the goal is to give as many players as possible a chance:
"The overall result is positive. Although there is no perfect harmony yet between the players, the quality is obvious. With the exception of Lucas Chevalier, we gave almost everyone time on the field."
The head coach also spoke about the formation of the squad:
"Even if the squad expands to 26 people, if there are no injury problems, the main group of about 20 players is already known. I will not select some high-level players because there are better players than them now."
It should be noted that the French national team, under the leadership of Deschamps, defeated Brazil and Colombia in two consecutive friendly matches.
