"Qarabağ" footballer Abdullah Zubir will move to Qatari club "Al-Shahania" at the end of the season. Sport24.az has obtained information about the agreement reached between the parties.

Zubir aims to earn a higher salary in the final years of his career. He is currently the highest-paid footballer in "Qarabağ" - his annual income is $1.2 million.
The Qatari representative offered him approximately twice this amount. After this offer, Zubir decided to say goodbye to the Aghdam club.
However, the experienced footballer's contract with "Qarabağ" is valid until the summer of 2027. For this reason, the club must either terminate the contract by mutual agreement or receive compensation from the other party.
It should be noted that Zubir transferred to "Qarabağ" from the French team "Lens" in 2018.
