Ermedin Demirovic, the striker for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team and the German club Stuttgart, has promised to buy beer for every spectator at the club's stadium, the "Stuttgart Arena", if they qualify for the 2026 World Cup.
Idman.Biz reports that the striker confirmed his decision after the team's recent qualifying match victory over Italy 1:1 (4:1 on penalties).
"Sky Sport News" quoted Demirovic as saying: "I will buy beer for everyone. I always keep my word. It will cost me a lot, but I will do it with pleasure."
The "Stuttgart Arena" has a capacity of 60,469 people.
At the World Cup, Bosnia and Herzegovina will play in Group B with Canada, Qatar and Switzerland.
