Alejandro Grimaldo could return to Barcelona.
Idman.Biz reports that Barcelona's sporting director, Deco, is continuing his search to strengthen the left side of the defense, and the 30-year-old Spaniard has been identified as one of the main candidates.
The Bayer star's contract includes a release clause of 20 million euros. However, it is also possible that the player could be transferred for a lower price in the summer.
Alejandro Grimaldo played for Barcelona's reserve team early in his career but never debuted for the main team. His current contract with Bayer runs until mid-2027.
