Barcelona's sporting director and former player Deku shared his views on the club's defensive problems.

"The defensive problems we have are not about a football player, it's an idea issue. Our coach prefers ultra-attacking football based on pressing. When the pressing weakens, we are not so effective. We leave gaps in the back, but the team has made serious progress in this regard," he said.
It should be noted that "Barcelona" leads the Spanish La Liga standings with 76 points from 30 games.
The Catalan club is six points ahead of second-placed "Real Madrid" and has played one game less at the same time.
