Spanish national team head coach Luis de la Fuente spoke for the first time about the conflict between Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal and Real Madrid defender Daniel Carvajal in "El Clasico".
Idman.Biz reports that before "El Clasico", Yamal often accused the Madrid club of cheating and complaining. After Real Madrid's victory, Carvajal gestured with his hand to Yamal, telling him to be quiet.
"There has never been any incident, no strange behavior by anyone. There has been no fighting in the schoolyard. There is an atmosphere of family and unity here, where the common good takes precedence over personal gain. This says a lot about this group of players. I will always remember the European Championship, Yamal's pass and Carvajal's goal, their hugs, their faces - that's what happens in the national team. I am absolutely sure that here the common good prevails over everything," - "Marca" quotes De la Fuente.
The players have also stopped following each other on social media.
