Former England midfielder David Beckham has been knighted by King Charles III of England for his services to sports and charity. Sport24.az reports that Manchester United congratulated the former footballer on the X social network in this regard:
"Sir David Beckham. Congratulations from the entire Manchester United family on this special achievement. Becks - you truly deserve it."
Note that Beckham played for Manchester United, Real Madrid, Milan, Los Angeles and PSG during his career. He is currently one of the co-owners of Inter Miami.
