David Ancelotti, son of the head coach of the Brazilian national team Carlo Ancelotti and assistant coach, assessed the chances of Santos striker Neymar going to the 2026 World Cup. Sport24.az reports that he made a statement to the portal "derbyderbyderby.it" about this:
"The final decision on the squad is up to the head coach and there is still time to do so. The final list of players will be published on May 18. There is every reason to expect the all-time top scorer to be in the team. He still has the opportunity to regain his form and be included in the final squad."
It should be noted that the 2026 World Cup will be held this summer in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
