Genoa are looking for a new coach after Patrick Vieira was sacked. According to the source, negotiations with De Rossi are going positively and he is expected to sign a contract until the end of the current season.
Frenchman Vieira had been Genoa's head coach since November 2024. After nine games of the current Serie A season, Genoa have three points and are currently in 20th place.
De Rossi was the head coach of Roma in 2024.
