English football club "Crystal Palace" will not be able to play in the Europa League in the 2025/2026 season. Sport24.az reports that an official statement has been made by UEFA regarding this.
Since "Crystal Palace" and "Lyon" have the same owner, the teams cannot participate in the same tournament according to UEFA rules. As a result, the London club will play in the Conference League.
It should be noted that "Crystal Palace", which won the English Cup in the 2024/2025 season, has won the right to participate in European cups.
