"I'm disappointed because we played very poorly". Sport24.az reports that these words were said by Mohamed Elyounoussi, a football player of the Danish club "Copenhagen".
The striker spoke to the club's official website about the UEFA Champions League game they lost to "Qarabag":
"We lost the first half. The opponent won all the battles. They launched sharper attacks than us. They moved faster".
The forward said that he was not surprised by Qarabag's performance:
"I had a good chance immediately after their goal. I should have made a difference then. I take responsibility. We had nothing to lose in the second half. We wanted to play more freely and created enough chances. If we had scored a goal, we could have changed the course of the game. But we deserved to lose."
It should be noted that "Copenhagen" lost with a score of 0:2 in the match in Baku.
