"Kapaz" has started cooperation with the Slovenian team "Celje".
According to the information provided to "Report" from the Ganja club, a meeting was held between the executives of both clubs.
The meeting was attended by Namig Gadirov, Chairman of the Board of the "Kapaz" Professional Football Club Public Union, Erkin Ibrahimov, Member of the Board, Advisor on Sports Affairs, Valeri Kolotilo, President of the "Celje" club, Gennadi Golubin, Sports Director of the club, and Zoran Podkoritnik, Chief Operating Officer.
A number of issues were discussed between the parties at the meeting and a cooperation agreement was signed. The agreement covers the provision of general strategic advice and support in the field of player transfers, using the existing scouting network and resources between the clubs.
It should be noted that the "Celje" club, founded in 1919, has won the Slovenian championship and cup twice. The representative of the city of Sele reached the 1/4 final stage of the UEFA Conference League in the 2024-2025 season.
