A meeting was held between the management of "Kapaz" and the Slovenian club "Celje".
Idman.biz reports that the meeting was attended by Namig Gadirov, Chairman of the Board of the Ganja representative, Erkin Ibrahimov, member, advisor on sports issues, Valeri Kolotilo, President of "Celje", Gennadiy Golubin, the club's sports director, and Zoran Podkoritnik, Chief Operating Officer.
A number of issues were discussed between the parties at the meeting and a cooperation agreement was signed. The agreement covers the provision of general strategic advice and support in the field of player transfers by using the existing scouting network and resources between the clubs.
It should be noted that "Celje", founded in 1919, has won the Slovenian championship and cup 2 times. The representative of the city of Sele reached the 1/4 final stage of the UEFA Conference League in the 2024-2025 season.
