The draw for the round of 16 of the UEFA Conference League will take place today. Sport24.az reports that the event will be held at UEFA's headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
The draw ceremony will start today at 17:00 Baku time.
The teams that finished in the top 8 of the League stage and the winners of the play-offs will participate in this round.
Top 8 of the League stage: "Strasbourg" (France), "Rakow" (Poland), AEK (Greece), "Sparta" (Czech Republic), "Rayo Vallecano" (Spain), "Shakhtar" (Ukraine), "Mainz 05" (Germany), AEK (Larnaca, Cyprus).
Play-off stage winners: "Crystal Palace" (England), "Lech" (Poland), "Samsunspor" (Turkey), "Cele" (Slovenia), AZ (Alkmaar, Netherlands), "Fiorentina" (Italy), "Rijeka" (Croatia), "Sigma" (Czech Republic).
It should be noted that the matches of this round will be held on the 12th and 19th of March.
