The winner of the UEFA Conference League will be determined in Wroclaw, Poland.
Idman.biz reports that "Betis" and "Chelsea" will face each other in the decisive match.
"Betis" finished 6th in the Spanish championship and qualified for the European League next season.
"Chelsea", who finished 4th in the English Premier League, has the right to play in the next Champions League.
If "Chelsea" has repeatedly won European Cups, and even won the Champions League twice, "Betis" has reached the final in a continental competition for the first time in its history.
As for the opponents' personal meetings, in one of the matches held in the Champions League in 2005, "Chelsea" won 4:0, and in the other, "Betis" won 1:0.
