The AFFA Appeals Arbitration Tribunal has overturned the Disciplinary Committee's decision regarding Vugar Suleymanov, coach of "Shamakhi" U-15 team, as unfounded and contrary to the AFFA Disciplinary Code.
"Report" informs that the official website of the national association has released information about this.
Thus, the decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee to impose a ban on any football-related activity for a period of 1 year as an exceptional case, based on Article 1 of the AFFA Disciplinary Code, on Vugar Suleymanov, the registered coach of the home team, who was not listed in the protocol, for violating the rules in the AFFA U-15 League match between "Shamakhi" and "Metak", was considered unfounded and contrary to the AFFA Disciplinary Code.
However, Vugar Suleymanov was disqualified for 6 games, and "Shamakhi" was fined 500 manats. The rest of the appeal was not granted.
