The Spanish club Celta Vigo has extended the contract of head coach Claudio Giráldez, according to the official website.
Idman.Biz reports that the coach's new contract with the Vigo club is until the summer of 2028. Giráldez has been in charge of Celta Vigo's senior team since 2024 and previously worked in the club's youth system.
Celta Vigo is currently sixth in the La Liga standings with 41 points. The team has 10 wins, 11 draws, and eight losses.
During his playing career, Giráldez was part of Real Madrid and also played for Pontevedra, Orense, Corrujo, and other clubs.
