Ipswich striker Liam Delap will continue his career at Chelsea. Sport24.az, citing The Athletic, reports that the London club has agreed personal contract terms with the 22-year-old England international.
Delap will sign a contract with Chelsea until 2031. The footballer has already passed the first part of his medical examination.
The Blues will pay £30 million in compensation for Delap.
It should be noted that Delap is a graduate of the Manchester City academy. He moved to Ipswich in the summer of 2024. Last season, the forward scored 12 goals and provided 2 assists in 37 Premier League matches.
