"Chelsea" has reached an agreement regarding the transfer of Joao Pedro Jesus. Sport24.az reports that, according to "The Athletic", the London club has agreed with "Brighton" for the transfer of the 23-year-old Brazilian striker for a sum of over 50 million pounds.
An agreement has also been reached with the player for a 7-year contract.
Currently, the issue of Joao Pedro undergoing a medical examination is being resolved. After completing the necessary procedures, he will join the team currently participating in the Club World Cup.
It should be noted that in the 2024/25 Premier League season, Joao Pedro played 27 games and scored 10 goals, sharing the lead with two teammates in the list of the club's top scorers.
