The Chelsea lineup was leaked to the media before the game against Brighton. Sport24.az reports that this was reported by the Daily Mail.
According to the newspaper's own mini-investigation, a user named @Rileyeagles posted a tweet online a few hours before the unsuccessful game against Brighton: "Palmer and Joao Pedro are injured today. Here's an exclusive." These players did indeed miss the game against Brighton.
The British tabloid claims that the user is Chelsea defender Marc Cucurella's barber. He hinted at this by sharing a photo of himself with long hair and an electric razor.
Such leaks also occurred before the team's crucial Champions League games against PSG. The release of the starting lineups to the press before the match caused a scandal within Chelsea. After that, head coach Liam Rosenior announced that the "mole" in the club had been discovered.
Chelsea lost the games against PSG, as well as the game against Brighton on April 21 (0:3).
