Chelsea's new head coach Liam Rossen wants to sign Federico Valverde and has already conveyed his intention to the management.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the "Blues" are ready to pay approximately 120 million euros for Real Madrid midfielder Valverde.
Reportedly, Chelsea's new head coach is interested in signing the Uruguayan footballer and believes he is a perfect fit for Chelsea. The coach is also planning to build a team around him.
However, if the player does not want to move to the Premier League, the club will abandon the transfer idea and will not try to convince him.
