An independent commission has fined "Chelsea" £10.75 million for violating Premier League regulations regarding financial statements, third-party investments, and youth development between 2011 and 2018. The Premier League has banned the club from signing new players for its academy for nine months and has also imposed a one-year conditional transfer ban on major team transfers, followed by a two-year probation period.
After 30 Premier League games, "Chelsea" has 48 points and is in sixth place in the league table.
