London clubs "Chelsea" and "Tottenham" intend to transfer "Porto" striker Samu Agehova.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to "Correio da Manha" that the Portuguese club is ready to consider offers worth 80 million euros for the 21-year-old football player.
Chelsea previously tried to transfer the football player for 35 million pounds, but this did not happen due to an injury and a failed medical examination.
According to the source, the president of "Porto", Andre Villas-Boas, is ready to consider the sale of the football player. Although Samu's contract has a 100 million euro release clause, the club is inclined to release him for 80 million euros due to financial pressure. At the same time, the management believes that they can find a replacement for him within the team.
Newcastle and Aston Villa were also interested in Agehova in the last transfer window, but their offers were rejected. According to the Portuguese press, the young striker wanted to continue his career at Porto at that time.
It should be noted that Agehova moved from Atletico to Porto in the summer of 2024. He scored 27 goals and 3 assists in all tournaments of his debut season. In the current season, he already has 9 goals in 11 games.
