Chelsea previously tried to transfer the football player for 35 million pounds, but this did not happen due to an injury and a failed medical examination.
According to the source, the president of "Porto", Andre Villas-Boas, is ready to consider the sale of the football player. Although Samu's contract has a 100 million euro release clause, the club is inclined to release him for 80 million euros due to financial pressure.
