Fenerbahçe player Cenk Tosun may continue his career in Azerbaijan.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to AZERTAC that the 34-year-old striker, who was removed from the main squad by the decision of head coach Domenico Tedesco at the Istanbul club, is looking for a new team for himself.
The former member of the Turkish national team wants to move to Neftchi. The experienced forward is positive about playing in the Misli Premier League after Vincent Aboubakar, with whom he once played together in Besiktas, transferred to the Baku club. The Turkish football player, who has good relations with the Cameroonian striker, expressed his desire to be teammates with him again.
It should be noted that Cenk Tosun, a graduate of German football, has also played for the German club Eintracht, the Turkish club Gaziantepspor, and the English clubs Everton and Crystal Palace. The striker, who played 53 games for the main Turkish national team, scored 21 goals.
