Scottish club "Celtic" has announced the signing of defender Julian Araujo on loan from "Bournemouth".
According to Idman.Biz, the former "Barcelona" player's contract is valid until the end of the 2025/2026 season. The Mexican footballer has already joined the team.
Julian Araujo previously played in Major League Soccer for the Los Angeles club before signing for Barcelona. Despite joining the Catalan club, he never debuted for Barcelona's first team. In August 2024, the defender signed with Bournemouth for 10 million euros. However, he only played in a few games over two seasons and has only played in one game this season - in the English League Cup.
"Celtic" is currently in second place in the Scottish Premier League, three points behind leaders "Hearts".
