"I have received real offers from 5-6 clubs. Among them, there are representatives of the first, second, and even Regional League. I am currently considering it."
These words were said by Cavid Imamverdiyev, a football player of "Shaki", a representative of the Azerbaijan Second League.
The 35-year-old midfielder stated that he is evaluating the offers he received during the winter break and has not yet made a final decision regarding his career:
"If the situation here is good, I don't want to leave Shaki. It is very comfortable for me to work with head coach Elvin Hasanov. That's why I want to stay. However, I will also consider the offers I receive. I will go to whichever option is more suitable for me. But if we can reach an agreement with the club, that is, if the promises are fulfilled, I will stay here," he said in a statement to futbolinfo.az.
C.Imamverdiyev also noted that the club management promised that the salaries would be paid in the near future:
"It is true that there were some difficulties with salaries in the club. But thank God, the management took our wishes into account. I think that "Shaki" will leave the difficulties behind. We hope so. At the meeting with the management, both the head coach and we football players expressed our opinions. We believe that the second round will be better".
