Former Italian national team striker Antonio Cassano has compared himself to other famous Italian footballers of the past.
Idman.Biz reports that Cassano ended his career in 2017.
"Was I better than Totti, Del Piero or Baggio at my best? Absolutely. Even though I never reached that level in my career or in my life, I love myself more.
Baggio is magnificent. Totti was the greatest number 10 in the history of Italian football. Del Piero is known as a phenomenal player, but if I had reached 100%, I would have been stronger than all three of them.
In what way am I better than Totti? I was more creative than Baggio, physically stronger, and better than Del Piero in everything. He scored more goals than me, but I'm talking about my best times.
If I could have achieved what was meant for me, I would have had no rivals. Goals don't reflect the whole picture. I was unique," FC Inter 1908 quotes Cassano as saying.
