Galatasaray's Carlos Cuesta has refused to move to Russian representative Spartak.
"Report" reports with reference to foreign media that the 26-year-old defender is very close to joining Brazilian team Vasco da Gama.
The Serie A representative has reached an agreement with the player. The club is negotiating with the "yellow-reds" to complete the transfer.
It should be noted that Carlos Cuesta moved to Galatasaray in February of this year. During this time, he played only 9 matches in all tournaments.
