He noted that the sports facility will only be available for use by children and adolescents:
"Also, the stadium of "Karvan Yevlakh" will be adapted to modern standards."
He said that new opportunities should be created for local football players to improve their quality in a competitive environment. According to the Secretary General, a special incentive program has been created for clubs that give chances to local football players:
"The main part of the funds collected from legionnaire fees will be distributed among the clubs that give the most playing time to local players. This year, that amount is approximately 2 million manats."
C. Farajullayev also clarified the structural changes in the field of refereeing. He emphasized that important tasks were given to the new chairman of the Referees Committee, Rahim Hasanov, and that the principle of objectivity will be the basis in administrative affairs.
Touching upon infrastructure issues, the Secretary General noted that within the framework of the state program, the Agsu stadium will be adapted to Premier League standards by the beginning of the next season. At the same time, a center for children's football will be established in the Baku Olympic Stadium complex, and repair work will begin there in May.
