Portugal and Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has revealed what he is ready to do for his national team to win the World Cup next year. According to Sport24.az, the midfielder told Canal 11 about it:
"I want to play in the World Cup next year, but I'm even ready to sit on the bench for us to become champions.
We dream of winning the World Cup and this responsibility brings joy. As a team, we need to come together and understand what we need to improve. We also need to understand that the World Cup will not be easy. I know we are ready for a great campaign that will bring glory to our country."
It should be noted that Portugal will play in the group stage of the World Cup with Uzbekistan, Colombia and the winner of the intercontinental play-off - Path 1 (New Caledonia/Jamaica/Democratic Republic of Congo).
